You are what you eat!  Nutrition, or healthy eating, is just as important as personal training and I  help all of my clients to understand what we mean by a healthy diet and helping them to achieve this.  A balanced diet can help with all of the following:

  • Being overweight
  • High cholesterol
  • Diabetes (type 1 & 2)
  • Low energy
  • Migraines
  • Osteoporosis
  • Allergies
  • Poor sleep
  • Ovulation

I ask all of my clients to complete a three day food diary prior to our initial session, when we first meet we will discuss the diary together.  Following this, I write an individual meal plan cohesive to your training sessions.  Change doesn’t happen over night and I will encourage and motivate you to achieve your dietary goals.
